We are proud to offer a range of parmesan cheese sold by the kilo, including the premium Parmigiano Reggiano and the affordable Grana Padano. Both parmesans come with the coveted PDO stamp, ensuring quality and authenticity, and are aged 12 – 24 months.
We carry a range of pecorino cheeses made with sheep’s milk, including a Pecorino Romano, Pecorino Toscano and Pecorino Sardo all with the PDO stamp. Our Belgian rigatello is an affordable alternative. Also using sheep and goat milk, we work with premium Greek brands to offer PDO halloumi and feta cheese.
We house a selection of cow’s milk and buffalo milk mozzarella balls, logs and cherry-sized bocconcini (meaning “little mouthful”). Our Italian mascarpone is available to add a creamy touch to sweet and savoury dishes, and we also carry full fat soft cream cheese, Greek yoghurt and crème fraiche.
Our soft cheese selection holds several blue-veined options, including a tasty Gorgonzola and the milder Dolcelatte. An English alternative is our strong Stilton.
We work with Barber’s Farmhouse Cheese-makers of Somerset to offer blocks of mild and mature cheddar. We also stock a tasty cheddar that is traditionally smoked over whiskey oak barrel chippings.
