We work with premium brands Veroni and Casademont to offer premium quality prosciutto, salami, chorizo and serrano. Our best-selling whole ham is a very lightly smoked cooked ham that is moist and delicious when thinly sliced.
Our cured ham selection includes whole legs (de-boned) of PDO Parma ham including Prosciutto di Parma and Prosciutto di San Daniele. For a more affordable option, we offer a Prosciutto Rubino in a whole leg (de-boned) and pre-sliced form.
The Spanish alternative, serrano ham, is available pre-sliced or, by special request, by the leg with a presentation stand.
Our Spanish chorizo is available in fresh sausages, the traditional horse-shoe ring, whole salami form or ready sliced for your convenience. Our fresh sausage option is the Italian Lucanica ring sausage.
We have a vast array of whole salami, from the traditional coarse-grain Napoli and smooth-grain Milano, to the fiery Salami Ventricina Picante and the fennel-flavoured Salami Finocchiona. We work with our suppliers to offer additional seasonal varieties throughout the year, such as zampone and cotechino.
We carry pancetta in slabs, rolled and sliced and in cubed (“cubetti”) form.
By special request we can supply bresaola, an air-dried salted beef that is lightly spiced.
