Flour & Baking Ingredients

We stock dry ingredients for all your baking needs, including a wide range of flour.

We stock 25kg 00 pizza flour. Additionally we offer a range of 16kg flour includes plain, self-raising and windrush flours.  Our smaller bags of flour, from 1kg – 2.5kg, includes Italian 00 flour, buckwheat flour, plain, self-raising, gram flour, strong white flour, polenta, rye flour, rice flour, semolina and sponge and crumble mixes.

Our sugar range includes muscovado, caster sugar, light and dark brown soft sugar, demerara, palm sugar, granulated sugar, icing sugar.

We carry dried yeast, baking powder and baking soda and a selection of food colourings and marzipan.

For local customers we carry frozen puff and filo pastry. We also stock quiche tartlets in a range of sizes, pastry cups, meringue nests, tortilla wraps and sliced white and brown bread.
